Government Equalities Office
Dear Sir/Madam
Re: Complaint regarding censorship of the Core Issues Trust "Not gay! Post-gay, ex-gay and proud. Get over it!" posters on Transport for London buses.
I would like to make a complaint under the Equality Act 2010, for the open, blatant and politically motivated discrimination by Boris Johnson, Chairman of Transport for London, for censoring the legally approved posters on Transport for London buses sponsored by Core Issues Trust "Not gay! Post-gay, ex-gay and proud. Get over it!" This is a denial of goods and services to an organisation based on the grounds of their "Religion or Belief" (protected characteristic) and is therefore a violation of the Equality Act 2010.
Christians have on numerous occasions been prosecuted and fined for denying services to homosexuals on the grounds of their values and religious beliefs. So how can Mr Johnson be legally entitled to deny the provision of an advertising poster, because it does not suit his own political ambitions?
If Stonewall can have similar bus adverts, pushing their offensive message of "Some people are gay. Get over it!" then why can't a similar poster be displayed in public offering an opposing view? The Equality Office needs to reject the lie driving its policies of the GLBTQ identity, and recognise homosexuality as just a behavioural preference, which is biologically unnatural and has very high health-risks. The Equality Office's position that anything remotely resembling criticism of GLBTQ behaviour is 'homophobic' is simply fascist censorship as adopted and implemented by the Nazis.
