FAO: Right Honourable Michael Gove MP

Dear Mr Gove

Re: British Bill of Rights

Congratulations on your new appointment as Justice Secretary and a very decisive and remarkable win for the Conservative party.

Mr Cameron said last Friday on the steps of Downing Street that he wanted “above all to bring our country together”.

In the Conservative Manifesto 2015 on p.44, “We will continue to defend hard-won liberties and the operation of a free press… Because the work of the free press is so important we will offer explicit protection for the role of journalists via the British Bill of Rights”.

Will this freedom extend to Christian websites like ours www.christiandoctrine.com where we openly comment on homosexuality, same sex marriage, Islam, government policy and the application of Christian Doctrine to the lives of Christians dealing with the issues of the 21 Century?

Since SOR Act 2007, the Equality Act of 2010 and the Marriage (Same Sex Couples) 2013 there has been a huge tension and conflict between Christians being able to practice their beliefs and manifest their religion by exercising their conscience in their private sector businesses, working as employees in the public sector and even publically or privately expressing a view point that is contrary to the new politically correct morality.

Additionally the police have been very aggressive in arresting many Christians who preach the gospel and dare to mention the sins of homosexuality amongst others and some have been fined for quoting from the Bible as in the very recent case of Michael Overd.

As you of course know, righteous justice and judgement are the cornerstone of a fair and peaceful society, yet over the past five or more decades successive governments, and the intentions declared in the Conservative manifesto intend to, exalt immorality and injustice.

Where are the foundations of law, justice, judgement and morality found, that have served mankind perfectly since the Creation of the world? In the commandments of God found in the Bible and with the establishment of the Jewish nation and the teachings of the Biblical prophets, Jesus Christ and the apostles.

In complete opposition to Judaeo-Christian values, Stonewall and homosexual activists have achieved an inversion of truth to exalt rebellion against God’s commandments into a pride in sexual Queerdom with its variants and a deliberate destruction of the concepts of marriage, the family, generations and even what it means to be male and female. Moreover, they want to indoctrinate children with their perverse definition of equality through the education system.

Homosexuality and its related sociopathic policies is a creed of dehumanising death and social anarchy. Judaeo-Christian values are a promotion of life, righteousness and God ordained behaviour and true freedom to live at peace, where the boundaries of right and wrong are set by our Creator not the wiles of men.

Hate crime and public order offences are now considered to be defined by the emotions of the audience. So homosexuals and others exercise their objection to a Christian preaching by saying it’s hate speech and the police charge in with vigour to arrest the speaker who is calling the person to repent from a pathway of death to God’s way of life. Do you support this state enforced Fascist interpretation of the law, which is in complete conflict with basis of Freedom of Speech?

I would therefore strongly recommend that you review the recent cases of Christians being penalised, arrested, charged and convicted for speaking the truth or applying their Biblical principles to their own behaviour and actions.

In conclusion, please may I remind you that true morality is defined by God and not by man. This has to be the basis and framework for true justice, judgement and the British Bill of Rights.

The words of Isaiah 5:18-21 are very appropriate in exposing the corruption of moral values in the UK:

18 Woe unto them that draw iniquity with cords of vanity, and sin as it were with a cart rope:

19 That say, Let him make speed, [and] hasten his work, that we may see [it]: and let the counsel of the Holy One of Israel draw nigh and come, that we may know [it]!

20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

21 Woe unto [them that are] wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!

Also Proverbs 14:34 “Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin [is] a reproach to any people.”

If you would like to arrange a meeting to discuss the above or would like our participation in the drafting of the ‘British Bill of Rights, just let me know.

Yours sincerely
