Well, at last it has been openly admitted: Gay activists are stating in no uncertain terms that one of their main priorities is to assume control over your children, subverting parental authority in order to groom and "recruit" your children into their death cult. (The Christian Institute, 11 Jan 2012)
Daniel Villarreal of the LGBT blog 'Queerty' said: "I and a lot of other people want to indoctrinate, recruit, teach, and expose children to queer sexuality AND THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT."
In a chilling statement, Robin Perelle of 'Xtra Vancouver' said: "And with that comes a message to those who won't evolve: your outdated morals are no longer acceptable, and we will teach your kids the new norms."
The message from gay activists is clear: 'We do not care for freedom of speech. We do not even care for freedom of opinion. We will forcibly remove your authority as parents (as our lifestyle is incapable of producing children), and subject your children to the most horrific filth. We will recruit them, grooming and perverting their young minds. You are simply backward and irrelevant, and your kids are ours.'
Earlier today, I was subjected to Bob Dylan's infamous song "The Times They Are A-Changin" (not by choice! It was on a radio that was not mine to turn off). The song gives me the creeps, but one verse is scarily applicable to exactly what these vile people are saying:
"Come mothers and fathers, Throughout the land, And don't criticize, What you can't understand, Your sons and your daughters, Are beyond your command, Your old road is, Rapidly agin'. Please get out of the new one, If you can't lend your hand, For the times they are a-changin'."
I quote the song, which is decades old, to show just how old this movement toward the worst kinds of evil is. The lyrics quoted from the song (which Wikipedia informs me was released on a 1964 album), are virtually identical to the quote from Robin Perelle in meaning: 'You are irrelevant, and parental authority does not matter. The old paths are dead: Either bow the knee to Baal, or get out of our way.'
Scripture is replete with promises that if we are righteous, our enemies will be destroyed. Christians, then, should ask themselves why their enemies are growing in power at such an alarming rate.
"Hast thou not procured this unto thyself, in that thou hast forsaken the LORD thy God, when he led thee by the way?"
(Jeremiah 2:17)
May Christians everywhere put off apathy and seek the LORD in repentance (which means more than just remorse) and obedience. May we all stand against evil, no matter what the potential consequences. May we fear the LORD, instead of giving in to the fear of men (Hebrews 13:6), and may our God be with us.
